Overtime Eligibility
OT Rate Formula
SalaryPerHour = NetSalary ÷ 26 days ÷ 8 hours
Example:
NetSalary = 26,000
SalaryPerHour = 26000 ÷ 26 ÷ 8 = 125 per hour
Worked 4 hours on Sunday (Week Off):
OT Value = 4 × 125 = 500Comp Off Tracking
